These terms and conditions apply to plumbing services provided by DW Plumbing ("we", "us", "our") and to the use of our website. Please read them carefully.

Quotes & estimates

Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A quote is a fixed price for the work described; an estimate is our best assessment and the final cost may vary if the scope of work changes or unforeseen issues are found.

Bookings & cancellations

We will agree a date and time for the work with you in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible. We reserve the right to charge for materials already purchased for your job.

Emergency callouts

Emergency callout rates are explained before we attend. Charges may be higher for evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and will always be made clear to you in advance.

Payment

Payment terms will be confirmed with your quote. For larger jobs we may request a deposit or staged payments. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice.

Our guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from completion. Parts and appliances we supply are covered by their manufacturer's warranty. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party work, or normal wear and tear.

Telling us about any known issues, hidden pipework or asbestos

Ensuring someone aged 18+ is available where required

Liability

We carry public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
