Booking & quotes
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Quotes are free and with no obligation. For planned work we visit, assess the job and give you a fixed written price.
How quickly can you start?
Small jobs can often be booked within a few days. Bathrooms are typically scheduled 2–6 weeks ahead — we'll give you a firm start date with your quote.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Not necessarily. Many customers leave us a key once we've met. We'll always agree access arrangements in advance.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card. Small jobs are paid on completion; bathrooms usually involve a deposit and staged payments, all agreed upfront.
Emergencies
Are you really available 24/7?
Yes, for genuine emergencies such as burst pipes, major leaks and no water — evenings, weekends and bank holidays included.
How fast can you get to me?
We aim to reach most emergencies around Cricklade within the hour. We'll give you a realistic ETA when you call.
What should I do while I wait?
Turn off the water at the stopcock (usually under the kitchen sink), switch off electrics near any leak if safe to do so, and move valuables away. We'll talk you through it.

How long does a new bathroom take?

We plan carefully to keep disruption to a minimum, and where possible keep a working toilet available throughout.

Yes, we carry full public liability insurance.

Every job carries a 12-month workmanship guarantee, and parts carry their manufacturer's warranty.
